What ingredients are used in Minimalist Shine dishwasher tablets?
- Sodium Carbonate - Naturally derived ingredient found in mineral deposits in lake beds or volcanos. Assists with softening water to lift grime and grease from dishes.
- Sodium Bicarbonate (Food grade) - Naturally derived ingredient also found in mineral deposits in lake beds and volcanic springs. Its alkaline properties neutralize odors and can break down grease and other organic compounds.
- Salt (Food grade) - Naturally derived ingredient found in all oceans. Acts as a natural rinse aid that softens hard water and removes limescale buildup.
- Citric Acid (Food grade)- Naturally derived ingredient found in fruits. Ensures tablets dissolve smoothly without clumping. Safe and effective for all modern dishwashers.
- Amylase (Food grade)- Naturally occurring enzyme found in humans and other animals. Breaks down proteins and grime on dishes to easily wash off.
- Our tablets are naturally colored and contain no dyes, filler chemicals, or binding agents of any sort
Do Minimalist Shine dishwashing tablets contain rinse aid?
The only rinse aids found in our dishwashing tablets are natural ingestible ingredients such as citric acid and salt. These are naturally derived ingredient found in our oceans and many fruits and vegetables.
We do not use any commercial surfactants such as sodium sulfanate, zinc chloride, or other chemicals. Chemicals found in commercial rinse aids have been shown to affect overall gut health by causing inflammation through an immune response. Read the full study here.
